YEAH apparently even other COLLEGES consider that early. I've heard of quite a few people doing finals almost up to Christmas, which is just plain WEIRD to me, but I'm going to GUESS that it's because the casinos here have the whole city by the balls and mandate that we give a nice long "tourist break"... SIGH, LAS VEGAS. SIGH.
