DAY 05
went straight to bed last night, so posting two journals today. had another meeting with ms. earle on friday, really helped this time and gave me a better idea of where i want to go with this. i should be done drafting everything by monday, which will give me three weeks to draw it all. saw mr. devito at school and talked briefly about how it was all going. i'm not sure how long each page will take me, but i'm thinking twenty pages may have been an overestimate rather than an underestimate as i had originally thought. i get real nitpicky with quality, too, which makes things take longer than they should. well, i'll just finish the draft and see how many pages it'll take to get a decent story in.

DAY 06
more drafting -- it seems i'm able to prolong this for as much time as i give myself. at least i'm going to give myself one page per day on the actual pages. anyway, main character is now an adolescent instead of an adult. more interesting that way. i pretty much know WHAT i want to happen, the tricky part is laying it out so that it flows well. i don't want to make it seem like i'm trying to squish everything into as few pages as possible, but i also want to make sure i'll have time to actually finish all of the pages. should be done by tomorrow, so i guess i'll see on monday if my page-per-day is actually realistic.

party at alissa's today for her and sharon's birthday. i'd write about it in detail but i'm tired and won't be sleeping much tomorrow night, so i'll just say it was a lot of fun and yeah i am going to sleep now good night
